Judith Liebaert has been writing and publishing regionally for 25 years. At the helm of Paper Moon Publishing, she released several regional memoirs highlighting earlier times in the Twin Ports area, including a Life in Two Worlds, by Betty Powell-Skoog with Justine Kerfoot, and Hen Medic by Dorothy Welker. She writes regularly for Positively Superior and The Duluthian. Judith was born and raised in Superior. She has worked as an employee and volunteer at Superior Public Museums for the past ten years and has an abiding interest in the history of the region.
