This Saturday, November 25, Nancy S. Nelson and Tony Dierckins—authors of Duluth’s Historic Parks: Their First 160 Years—will be signing books at events celebrating Small Business Saturday, which encourages shoppers to buy from local small business.
Nancy S. Nelson will be giving a FREE presentation on Duluth’s parks at 1 p.m. the Duluth Folk School, 1917 West Superior Street, in the heart of Duluth’s new Lincoln Park Craft District. Nancy will be selling and signing copies of the book afterward. Sponsored by the Duluth Preservation Alliance.
Tony Dierckins will be signing at the Bookstore @ Fitger’s in the Fitger’s Complex (600 E. Superior Street) between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Pick up a personalized copy of Duluth’s Historic Parks: Their First 160 Years, Lost Duluth, Crossing the Canal, Glensheen: The Official Guide, Historic Glensheen, or Zenith: A Postcard Perspective of Historic Duluth.
