Lester Park Rustic Bridge

This week’s featured design from Zenith City Press’s line of vintage reproduction art is a photograph of hand-made bridge over the lester River made of cedar trees and built by John Busha and his sons in 1898 within Lester Park (Duluth, Minnesota). It was photographed for the Detroit Publishing Company in 1899 by William Henry Jackson and used to create color lithographic postcards. The bridge was dismantled in 1931 (read a history of the bridge here).

This design is available as a print (framed or unframed on canvas, art paper, metal, acrylic, or wood), greeting cards, throw pillows, shower curtains, tote bags, blank spiral notebooks, coffee mugs, and puzzles. Want it on something else? Email us and we’ll see if we can make it available.
