We’ve picked a masterpiece for this week’s sneak peek at our newest bookDuluth’s Grand Old Architecture 1870–1940 by Tony Dierckins and Maryanne C. Norton (coming summer 2022): Duluth’s beloved 1892 Central High School, a celebration of brownstone and Richardsonian Romanesque Architecture whose future now seems secured as developer Saturday Properties purchased the school in 2021 and intends to convert the building into apartments.
